Thanks for tuning in Subject:CINEMA, now in our  SEVENTH Year of podcast fun….(gasp!)

THIS WEEK:

  • SCREEN SCREAMS 2012 road trip continues – this week we look at horrors and thrills surrounding the days of Jack The Ripper and Dorian Gray – it’s Victorian London!
  • PLUS – a few recent passings to acknowledge
  • Our celebration of the 60th anniversary of Cinerama, with a review of “THIS IS CINERAMA!”
  • This wee’s Fethival Flash looks at our picks as well as the official winners of the Hamptons International Film Festival
  • A Bonehead of the Week
  • and our review of HARA-KIRI: DEATH OF A SAMURAI
  • So we’re a little long this week, but we think you’ll like what you hear!

Be watching for some great changes coming to Subject:CINEMA and our PNR/SC website in November!

A QUICK CORRECTION: In our look at the Blu Ray release of THIS IS CINERAMA, I erroneously reported that there were 4.5 hours of extras in this package. This is not correct – the total time for both the film and the extras presented is approximately 4 hours, and does not include the standard DVD  as part of this calculation, which has the same extras as the Blu-Ray. Sorry for the confusion.
